store.module user hook is broken

duplicate of http://drupal.org/node/51558 with patches for other modules. Going to mark the older one duplicate since this has more fixes. file module patch is exactly the same for both though.

Just to report in on what I've tried out of these patches so far, store_8.patch has corrected the problem with the s's on the user account screen. Now the link to order history correctly appears there instead. In about a week of fairly heavy testing since I applied the patch, I haven't turned up any unwanted side-effects, so I think this patch is probably ok for inclusion.

buddylist.module seems to have the same problem.

I fixed it by changing this :-

  function buddylist_user($type, &$edit, &$thisuser, $category = NULL)
    global $user;

to

  function buddylist_user($type, &$edit, &$thisuser, $category = NULL)
    global $user; $output = array();

I agree. Store patch already made it in cvs http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=27219 just the other patches actually need inclusion.
