For some reason Flir only works on the admin pages and then when I look at any page outside of the admin section it goes back to normal and no fonts are replaced.

I have tried it with various templates and also with and without separate administration themes and it makes no difference whatsoever. Works great on admin, but nothing else (in FF3, IE 7, and Safari 4).

Please give this another try with the 2.x branch. I've used this quite a bit now and have it working pretty smoothly.
