Hi ,

I am testing your ticketing system and it seems very nice.

Nevertheless , I have a little issue .
On my system , tickets posted from web by normal users goes to queue , then an administrator in our support group check the queue , validate the request and assign the ticket.
in that case , I noticed that the ticket owner is replaced by the name of this administrator , so we lose the "real" ticket creator name.

Is there a way to avoid that ? How to keep trace of the original creator ?

Thanks

in addition, is an email sent to anyone when an issue goes into the cue? there's also no notification provided to the client or "ticket reader" that the ticket has been submitted. I tried using the set email feature under tickets.

also, when attempting to access a ticket item in the que, the date format is not the date output is not in the format that the system wants. Moving around the year, month and day is probably an unnecessary hastle.
