I spent an hour playing with the interface in http://drupal.org/node/307946#comment-1172853 and had a hard time getting it to look like http://drupal.org/files/issues/UTS_study_edit.jpg.
I am sure it is possible, but I am just not sure there is that much value in pure color changes?

hook_chart_color_schemes(), so now the charts have the same color scheme as http://drupal.org/files/issues/UTS_study_edit.jpg.fdbb6d7dd186
