How to install a gallery module and a shopping cart module?

I tried to install many galleries and carts but i cant seem to be able to access them

For example i installed the highslide gallery and i cant seem to find it anywhere

There are a couple very good shopping cart modules for Drupal, however, the one I recommend most is Ubercart. I have used it several times in the past on client sites and it has been a very valuable module.

There are also several gallery modules for Drupal. The ones I would recommend most are http://drupal.org/project/gallery or http://drupal.org/project/gallerix. You could also create your own gallery using the CCK, Views and ImageField modules.

And the instructions for installing modules are available at:

Also, depending on the module (like fckeditor), there may be additional installation instructions included in a README.txt and/or INSTALL.txt file(s) included with the module itself.

I installed the modules before but nothing works

I think i missed something!!!!

Prior to installing the module i had to install the gallery,or cart right? I didnt do that

WHERE should i install the gallery before installing the module????????
Or WHERE should i install ubercart before installing the module???????

Sorry-- but if you have to ask where to install the modules then you have not read the instructions I linked above. The instructions are clear and detailed-- there's no reason to ask someone to repeat them in this thread.
