When create new node, after upload Images, all taxonomy terms that I put before upload images are disappeared.

Because all of these issues with various fields not being saved when uploading images, I'm going to look for fix for all of them, which will be ajax loading of the images into the form rather than saving the node.

This may take me a few weeks to finish.

In the mean time, you'll have to avoid making changes to other fields before using the uploader. Save your field changes first, then upload the images.
