Issue Summary
For simplicities sake, the "Add Viewers" field should be hidden until they are useful. Since they are not useful until "Private" checked, there shouldn't be displayed until that happens.

I'd support that - too often people enter "viewers" because they think that only people listed there can view the node, even if it is not private.
