In IMCE (http://drupal.org/project/imce) browser under the theme "Earthen" disappeared menu links "Thumbnails", "Delete", "Resize".

I am having the exact same problem and have tried fiddling with the template, to no effect. Shows up fine under Garland, but only seeing the same thing as you, Venice.

Has to do with Artisteer changing html items.
