Issue Summary
I should be able to rearrange the order of "Shared Editing" from CCK's field configuration page.
Right now, the "Shared Editing" field group just sits on top of all the other content. I want to put it below the Title and Body fields.

This patch lets you adjust the Coherent Access fieldset weighting when managing fields at Administer > Content Management > Content Types.
