old version of jquery.form.js and extra .js files... why?

Description
Old version of jquery.form.js making error if you try to upload file in some other content using CCK filefield. If we update advpoll's jquery.form.js, It will post vote but not showing updated statics of poll block.
Is there any option to display polls in random order??? only showing latest posted poll :D
And what is the use of files inside 'datetimepicker' folder. I hope that there should be icons displayed around date/time fields to pick date, but i cant see any such icon.
