manuel garcia commentedEy, thanks for reporting Ronald! This is stil an experimental feature, so it's great you take the time to report on this.
I have tested what you mean, and you are totaly right. I think this has helped find a bigger bug in the way we are selecting the view for the JS. So this will mean reworking some js and testing... it will take some time, but it's important.

I've commited the change ( http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=221368 ) that gets rid of this bug, and possibly others.
This implied rethinking how we select the view content, depending on different view settings and plugin settings. It should be good to go. Give it a try (grab from cvs or wait for the package manager to generate the next dev version).
