Installing calendar via the date tools wizard gave me sql errors,

I removed, downloaded, and installed the module again and got the same error.

The only thing I can tell from this report is that you did did something, who knows what, on one of the Date Tools screens. I go to those screens and they work fine. Since I have no idea what choices you made or anything else that would reproduce your situation, I can't do anything with this report.
