Hello
I am new to Drupal.
Please tell me is it possible to make multiple sites from drupal admin dynamically. The admin should be able to create n no of sites from the admin panel.

AFAIK there is not such module that does this, although I might be wrong (new stuff does come along everyday).
I would however investigate the Patterns module, could be something there.

Patterns (http://drupal.org/project/patterns) would allow you to setup and configure Drupal sites and add features to them automatically. You might also want to look at Aegir. It is meant to be a hosting system that allows you to setup new sites with the click of a button.

Combining this with Patterns you should be able to do what I think you are trying to do.
