conflict with ajax comment.

when I try to create a comment, album photos create a duplicate of the comment and I see that I receive duplicate user points because i have created a comment.

When album photos is desactivated , ajax comment and user points are ok.

I think that this module is very great but i have need too user points and ajax comments.

nobody have an idea ?

I have made the patch from node/455708 without results.

and when in admin settings from photo album, I disabled the possibility to post comments on photos

ajax comments is ok. No duplicates ...
