The 5.x-1.6 version released just a week or so ago is reported as "not supported" by the Update Status module. It would be helpful to have that version re-classified properly.

Now go to admin/logs/updates/settings for your update status module and set "Warn if out of date" to Never for whatever modules have been unsupported for your install.

That is, of course, the first thing that I tried when I saw that the module was unsupported. Unfortunately, Update Status 5.x-2.3 apparently considered that status to be a security issue and continued to complain at each reporting interval.
