Will this integrate with your site citizenspeak.org? Views? Rules?

Issue Summary

I want to know if this will integrate with CitizenSpeak.org.

There is another module called Activisim which does some very similar things. But integrating to your site might be a huge postive for this module.

Also, will this module integrate with views, rules, or even notification modules to leverage their strengths?
