Unfortunately, the Unlimited CSS module is so under-developed that there is no useful code in it. It also bug-ridden and doesn’t implement the solution that the community consensus agreed to in #228818: IE: Stylesheets ignored after 31 link/style tags.

Thanks, John. This is a great module, that's saved me a lot of trouble running separate environments for IE testing.
