I discovered that when I took my site live, the password strength rating stopped working. I was able to restore it by disabling Optimize JavaScript files at admin/settings/performance. It was completely replicable for me by toggling that on or off. I was unable to find any mention of this issue anywhere on drupal.org, so I thought this would be the place to mention it.

I'm running on Linux, Apache, PHP 5.2.8, MySQL 5.0.67.d7, shared hosting.
