This very simple patch assigns a tabindex of -1 to all bueditor buttons, so that tabbing will skip right by them. Tested in IE and Firefox and it seems to work nicely.

Marked the old issue #195101: Tab jumps through buttons, can it jump from Subject to Body? as duplicate.
I'm gonna commit this at the weekend unless negative comments appear.
