Hi all, stumbled upon this problems for panels. Tried creating a panel from Administer>Site Building>Panels>Page. After i choose the panel that i wanted to build, it shows me the layout. When i clicked on a region to add content, it gives me brings me to a page where everything is blank except this:

Even the templates were gone. Can anyone tell me what happened?
