Settings won't change

Description
I've tried about ten times, all different ways. I can't get my settings to save when I elect to assign roles based on path. It says it saved the changes but each time I go back, nothing is changed and it reverts back to disabled.
I've tried changing all my input formats as well, filtered, full, php,etc.
Any suggestions?

Not sure ... I can't reproduce and the simpletests are in place to show that this problem doesn't happen. Try running the latest version.
