new theme: Dragon

Hi, Better if you make a project page within drupal.org from it, so people could give you issues and improvements!

Themes should print the closure variable just before the closing body tag, or else modules such as Admin Menu wont work (it won't appear at all), also you might want to consider running the theme through the coder module, nothing major cropped up but its still worth cleaning up your code to Drupal coding standards.

Also, because this is Drupal you must include a copy of the GPL license with your download, else this node is likely to become unpublished fairly quickly...

If you add the closure region <?php print $closure ?> and the GPL license you are more than welcome to add it to my download site.
