Is Gallerix project abandoned?

Is this project abandoned? Support has been moved off Drupal and there is very little activity in the off-site support forum. I do not have time to continually check off-drupal support forums. I have too many modules and too many sites to maintain. By moving support off-drupal, the Gallerix community was dissolved.

This module has great potential. I bought the Widget Engine and installed the module on one of my production sites. It works, mostly. But, there are issues that need to be resolved to make this module truly ready for a production site. The off-Drupal support forum has been less than helpful.

I have been looking for alternatives. The best one I found so far is Node_Gallery, which is being actively developed and works very well. It is an alpha version, but I am getting ready to put it on my production site to replace Galleix.
