Gallery title list in block

Issue Summary

Hi All,
As a new user of Drupal I have installed the BG module and it all seems OK apart from 2 issues that I just cannot seem to resolve - here goes.

1. When I go to manage galleries I can see a list of all the images in the gallery but that is it, there are no configuration options for the gallery or the images.

2. This one is really the main problem - I configured the Gallery block to show in the right menu for all users, which it does BUT it is empty - I thought it would show a list of links to galleries I have created ??? If I can do this can someone give me some pointers as to how to do it bearing in mind I am completely new to Drupal.
