how do you do this nav bar?

the menu of this website is so cool,

as you go over most of the menu titles, it gives the titles/headlines of the current stories within each topic. does anyone know how that is done? thanks

Perhaps it's some sort of Dynamic Persistent Menu, see: http://drupal.org/project/dynamic_persistent_menu

Or it could be a configuration of Nice Menus, see: http://drupal.org/project/nice_menus

Or it could be DHTML Menu, see: http://drupal.org/project/dhtml_menu

Or it could be a purpose built script.

I'm not sure.

I think its Quickmenu Pro being feed dynamically.

thanks for the suggestions. i even emailed the site, got no answer. i am not a webmaster, so i cant say if anything is even on the right track. i really love that effect, though.
