Salamander skins theme incompatible with quiz item removal

G'day.

Summary:
Salamander skins (http://drupal.org/project/salamanderskins) has compatibility problems. After creating a quiz and quiz questions are added, one click of the remove button should allow a quiz question to be removed from a quiz (as on garland), however, on Salamander, doing so simply brings up a empty page.

To reproduce:
1) Create a question
2) Switch theme to salamander skins
3) Create a quiz
4) Go to the quiz created, Manage questions
5) Add the question
6) try to remove it from the quiz

Expected results:
1) Question is removed, page is refreshed

Actual results:
1) Blank page with theme is opened, question isn't removed :(
