Hey is there any modules that has seperate logins and registrations or rather lets say multiple logins and multiple registration pages.....
for example i need a seperate login for jobseeker and one for employer similarly seperate registration page.....
can this be achieved??

You can get something like with with either the core profile + the contributed http://drupal.org/project/profile_role modules or with http://drupal.org/project/content_profile + http://drupal.org/project/autoassignrole modules. For the 2nd option, I believe there's some issues in the autoassignrole issue queue that might be helpful.
