Is Taxonomy Switch still maintained?

Looking for a new maintainer. I'm really sorry about this but I simply don't have the time to do any maintenance work at the moment, all the more so since my own site is still on D5 and likely to remain so for some time, until other modules have been upgraded to D6. I have tried to contact the maintainer of Taxonomy Manager module to get him to include Taxonomy Switch in his module (which would be a much better place for it), but no joy at the moment. Actually thanks to work done by the community, there is now a working version of this module. The functionality is much reduced since it only provides the "classify" tab for nodes. All the functionality that switches terms between vocabularies has been taken over by Taxonomy Manager.
I was planning to provide a new release for D6 - but discovered that it has been so long since I accessed CVS that the way of updating CVS has changed, or the passwords are different - and I can't access it! Any help in this direction would be appreciated. Then I will provide a new D6 version as described.

Sorry for the confusion... but how do I change my CVS password? I have tried to find some reference to this in CVS instructions but could not. Is it the same as my password for drupal.org? I am using Tortoise CVS on my PC in order to interface with Drupal CVS - I don't know if that makes any difference.
