hook_weblinks_director

Currently the "weblinks" menu path is owned by the main module, so contribs have to invent a new menu path, even when "weblinks/xxxx" makes more sense. The weblinks_page code already has several special case checks for subpaths. Adding in a hook to allow contribs to use the main path can simply the menu redirection.
