This happens when a user goes to path user/$uid/edit/newsletter (through My Newsletters menu tab).

I have installed also simplenews_register.module 6.x-1.0 so I thought maybe there is a connection. I then disabled it and problem stays the same. I then disabled both modules and enabled back the module (simplenews) and problem stays.

I can not repoduce this error. Please describe the all steps to reproduce it on a clean install.

Thanks for the reply but after 6 months I cannot reproduce the problem, as well. Closing the issue.
