Fixes for "Limit assigned users" enhancements

This patch fixes several issues with the #447158 enhancement:

• When a default assignee is selected and is not part of the custom view result set, #default_value is no longer set so that a reasonable error message is displayed.
• The autocomplete callback now limits its results to those offered by the custom view.
