Tokens not replaced in term lists

Issue Summary

When in a taxonomy listing tokens appear for instance in a teaser then they are not replaced.

!site is not replaced
!uri becomes simplenews/term/!uri and is not replaced either.
!login_uri becomes taxonomy/term/!login_uri
!confirm_subscribe_url becomes taxonomy/term/!confirm_subscribe_url
!confirm_unsubscribe_url becomes taxonomy/term/!confirm_unsubscribe_url
!newsletter_url becomes taxonomy/term/!newsletter_url

I attach some screenshots from my test cases. Tokens are not fully replaced in certain situations. The test mail was sended as "Filtered Html" with default settings. Only modules installed: MimeMail and Simplenews
