Move Examples/questions_import files under questions_import module

The example files in Examples/questions_import are useful to the new unit tester for questions_import. The most reliable way to access these would be to resolve the "questions_import" module path and go from there. That's how the new SimpleTest for import works, http://drupal.org/node/501266, with the files at includes/questions_import/testfiles/ .

It can be confusing to have two sets of basically the same files. Let's choose one and stick with it. I propose that the files go under the questions_import module so they can be resolved more cleanly.
