These options do not show up on the user-edit form for pageroute

Display submit button
Never display the delete button

I don't think a preview button makes sense in an user edit profile form (and drupal doesn't provide this it...). We also decided to kick out the delete functionality.
So this patch adds an option to show or hide the save button and hides the delete button.

thanks, I removed those $group option which isn't needed and committed it.
