I added a new case to a new project just fine. I then posted a comment, chaning two fields, previewed my comment, then submitted.

Got this error:

user warning: Duplicate entry '1-159' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO term_node (nid, tid) VALUES (159, 1) in /hsphere/local/home/digital2/dpanel.org/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 120.

This error has been fixed out.While submitting comment the user can change the case fields and these changes are saved to the case.After checking it please make the status closed.
