rows colored / sortable taxonomy terms

Hi,
I'm working with CT and have these questions:

- I'd like to have the whole row of a bug report colored in red if the report is active. if it is colosed in green etc. how could i do that?

- if I add a taxonomy term to the fields its not sortable in the table-options.
