Description
Some of fivestar has forgotten to put its underscore on in the morning, resulting in asking for variables that don't exist.

Thanks for rolling this patch!
This no longer applies, and these errors appear to no longer be present in the module so I'm marking as fixed.
Also, it would be great if you could use unified diffs (cvs diff -up) to make it more efficient to review patches.
