Hi,

Trying to get img_assist and tinymce working together, i tried to follow the INSTALL.txt file which came with the latest img_assist (6.x-3.x-dev) This still talks about sites/all/modules/tinymce (instead of wysiwyg) and the need to copy the drupalimage directory and edit plug_reg.php My understanding is that this is now longer necessary.

As per discussion on IRC I'm opening an issue for that here.

Hrm. I have double-checked this now. INSTALL.txt containing that obsolete information has been removed long ago and never lived in the 2.x or 3.x branch.

I can only guess that you did not completely replace the module folder during an update, or you installed 1.x first, or anything like that.
