In #220939: Porting Live Search to D6?, David Stosik and Gabor Hojtsy commented about how updating the Live Search module to D6 will be important so it can be used for the redesign efforts.

In #152125: Live Search breaks JavaScript functionality, ktonini brought to our attention that the Finder module is already written for D6, and may just have the feature set we need.

We need to pick one, and go with it.
