I have a feature request that i am hoping you would be interested in adding to this module. During the creation of the ticket their is the ability to either:

A. auto-assign the ticket to the reporting ID.
B. assign the ticket to a specific user.

Is it possible to also include the ability to autoassign all tickets to a specific master account for instance Support@wherever.com.

My train of thought here is to let clients login to the drupal system and generate their own tickets. However, the way i am seeing it, the current system only has the above A. & B. options.

Presenting two issues:
1. A client logging into a help system doesn't need to be auto assigned what they are posting as they are not going to fix their own problem.

2. A client should not be allowed to designate who the ticket is assigned to as they are not going to know anyway.

A master auto-assigned account will allow a specific account to be used to view, assign and track the ticket in a centralized location.

I might be missing something here. Can someone advise me on how to go about integrating something like this?

Warmest Regards

I agree that this would be a useful feature, and is arguably more useful than auto-assigning the ticket to the user that created the ticket. I suppose it should really be a per-client default, however. Patches welcome, or it's something I'll likely implement some day myself.
