I have the author pane displaying in a block on the left side of page. When i go to look at a user profile or blog post I see the author pane on left side block that i wan't but in the center of the page there is another author pane. I don't know what i did to put it there. Any help with this would be nice.

If you don't know what you did, I can't tell you. LOL! Sorry, but there's just not enough information here. Yes, if you have the block enabled it will show on the user profile page and on the blog by default. I don't know why you would have one in the center of the page. A link or at the very least a screenshot might help.

There's another Author Pane there because that is a forum post and you are using Advanced Forum. You need to either not show the block on forum post pages (you can exclude them by path) or edit the AF template to take out the Author Pane variable.
