Not yet, but if someone wanted to provide it I'd be willing to commit it.

Really, it should provide it's own form and database storage instead of relying on profile for that.
This would also be a good time to store some of the data in the new table instead of in the users.data column

I like the idea of integrating with Content profile on D6.
