Merged, updated, and removed a lot of stuff.

Much better, not all at the root level. Still some text that probably could use a bit of cleaning and merging.

I would also like to add a few pages from the outline above that are not currently in the documentation.

Two items that are unrelated to SimpleTest need to be moved:
