Instead of having a link to Apply Now is there any way we can rewrite the node-job.tpl.php to display a button for us?

I used CSS to restyle the link to look and act like a button (threw a button image behind the text that resizes automatically). I also used CCK to create my Resume Content Type, so I used the CCK node templating features to re-style the look of the Resume and Job Posting forms.
