When you preview an issue comment, the category and file attachment fields go blank when the form is re-displayed.

P.P.S. Even though the file attachment field goes blank after a preview, the file is still attached to the comment. This happens at both drupal.org and in the cvs version of project.

P.P.P.S. Pls ignore the screen shots on the last two comments. That was part of my testing the bug.
