drupal.org is providing out of date tarballs for distributions. For example, the 'current' tarball for my Views project
contains some up-to-date files and some out-of-date files.

For example, views.module is current (date Mar 3) but views_form.inc is dated Feb 11; this is revision 1.7, and the current revision is 1.19!

I've been hearing that this is happening to other projects as well. I actually thought this bug would already have an issue and am surprised to be the first one filing it.

By the way, by 'current' I mean the CVS tarball: http://drupal.org/files/projects/views-cvs.tar.gz
