I can find no documentation regarding the meaning of this modules two permission settings. Namely 'Access All Views' and 'Administer Views'.
Administer Views is obvious enough, but Access All Views is not. Even with this deselected users can still access any views I create so what this does along with whether it should be enabled for normal non-admin users I have no idea.

dawehnerits rather easy.
There is the access setting in every view. If you have the permission "access all views" you always get access, the access setting is jumped over.

skrossa commentedGlad to see someone beat me to an Advanced Help patch to add this info about 'Access All Views' and also that the permission is being renamed for the 7.x version! In the mean time, I've added a new page for Views in the Access Permissions Reference doc pages at http://drupal.org/node/1089746

esmerel commentedFixed in 6.x-3.x
Opened new issue for #7 to review for 7.x docs; I don't want to keep this issue open for that, and the 7.x docs are going to need a major overhaul anyway. I'd rather get everything in, and then revamp all at once.
