link on frontpage not linked to language path

I'm using 4 languages on my site, with Dutch as default

I have 4 blocks, 1 for each language (only appears on given language)

When I put a link in the block content to 'contact' for example, from the frontpage it will always link to the default language 'contact' while on every other page, it uses the correct path to link it to the (already) specified language

I tried setting the url to 'en/contact' and then it works, but then on every other page it has duplicated 'en/en/contact' resulting in a page not found ...

any idea's?
