Translating taxonomy terms

I have page with two languages. I got taxonomy links changed with url aliasing (from taxonomy/term/44 to mesta (towns in english)) - corresponding link in english (taxonomy/term/45 to en/mesta). Is there a was to link sl/mesta to en/mesta? If i click menu I get what I want, also if I change prefix sl to en, works perfectly. But If click on language bar that changes languages, I get different pages (I get one page with url taxonomy/term/34). What's the problem?
P.S: this happens only with link to taxonomy page, if it's node page, works ok.
