Add some user prefs for how the Jump menu sorts and displays

Hey there, this is an awesome module.

Do you think it would serve users well if you added a few basic configs for the sorting and display of the presented dropdown menu? I have some suggestions that would really improve the ux.

• Allow users to sort items in alphabetical order, or by weight as configured in taxonomy and menus.
• Allow users to indent hierarchical items or "flatten" the display.
• Allow users to choose depth of hierarchical items (show parent, show child, show all, etc)
• Merge multiple taxonomy or menu trees into a single dropdown.

Anyway, just wanted to put these out there as there seem to be a lot of requests for them and they would meet people's needs to a higher degree.
